Just ages and ages...

since I've done anything here.

The jewelry thing went bust...I just couldn't stay with it!

But I always have lots and lots of other things to keep my hands busy, namely my crocheting and sewing. This is one of my hats and one of my favorites.

I have gone astray of the beading...

I bought my beads, oodles and oodles, made a few barefoot sandals and the beads are now resting on the shelves.
While I love the colors and glitter, I just can't keep with it. Does the old addage "you can't teach an old dog new tricks" apply?

Maybe.
But one thing I know I love is crocheting. I started that in my 20's and I'm still doing it; pretty much non-stop these days.

I see all the beautiful creations, especially at Etsy and think, "I can do that"!
And while I'm working on a new piece my mind is already thinking ahead of what I'm going to work on next.

One thing I really, really have to do is find some good wool shops in the city.
Maybe this weekend I can strong-arm my daughter to a wool tour!
